    SHANNONI...
Copy the URL. (It's http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5263/540/1600/shan.2.jpg, if you want to just copy it from here.)

Go to blogger.com. Log in, if you're not already.

On the right-hand side, click Edit Profile.

Scroll down. There's a place for Photograph. Paste the URL.

It might give you an error that the picture is too big. You can do a couple things...
    1) Resize it using Photo Editor, Photoshop, whatever, and re-load it to blogger in a new post, then follow steps above.
    2) Open a photobucket.com account (it's free and REALLY useful), then upload the old picture from your computer, and once it's up, you have the option to resize 25, 50 and 75%. Keep resizing until the size is small enough (it will tell you how many KB). Then underneath the picture, click on the URL and copy/paste to your blogger profile page.

Once you've successfully loaded your picture, you'll probably need to log off, log on, and republish your blog for it to show up.

And, NEVER give your password out to anyone.
